About Ariya

What we are.

Who is Ariya for?

Owner-operators with 1 to 200 employees, where HR is something you do between everything else. If you need an HR department, skip us. If you want one excellent advisor with software to match, keep reading.

Is this a PEO?

No. A PEO co-employs your team, which has tax and legal implications most small businesses don't want. Ariya is a fractional senior HR advisor plus the tech to run the day-to-day. You stay the employer of record.

What is the AI actually doing?

Tracking regulation changes, watching payroll for anomalies, flagging filings, drafting first passes on memos. Every decision and every conversation with an employee is still a human. Specifically, your advisor. See what a real day looks like.

Pricing and mechanics

How it works.

What does it cost?

One monthly price covers the core HR function: a named advisor, payroll, compliance, benefits admin, and the day-to-day. We publish the number after the first call, once we know your team size and complexity. No hidden tiers.

Do you handle multi-state payroll?

Yes, all fifty states. Multi-state is our default, not an upsell.

Can I keep my current payroll platform?

Usually yes. We work with Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Paylocity, and a few others. If you want us to migrate, we handle that end-to-end. Migration is the longest onboarding step and even then it rarely holds us past two weeks.

How fast can we start?

Two weeks from signed engagement is normal. Payroll migration is the slowest piece. Compliance, handbooks, and advisor onboarding happen in parallel during week one.

Working together

What happens next.

What if something on your end breaks?

You hear it from us first, with a plan. The A Tuesday page shows a real example: an advisor catching and self-reporting a missed poster update before the state notice arrived.

Do you require long contracts?

Three-month initial term so onboarding can land, then month-to-month after. The initial window exists only so the work we do in weeks one through twelve has time to compound.

How do we start?

Twenty minutes with Duane. No pitch deck. He'll ask where you're stretched and tell you honestly whether we're the right partner, or point you to someone who is.

Still have questions?

Twenty minutes with Duane covers most of them. He's the one who answers.
