What we collect

• Email you send us. When you click a "Start a conversation" link, your email client opens a message to Duane. Your message and email address are only stored in our inbox, for the purpose of replying to you.
• Newsletter subscribers. If you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send the monthly note and so you can unsubscribe later.
• Basic request logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard web logs: IP address, browser, and the pages you visited. These are kept for a short rolling window for security and debugging.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 on this marketing site to see aggregate traffic: which pages are viewed, approximate geography, devices, and how people move through the site. Google may set first-party cookies on our domain and processes usage data under Google's privacy policy. We use this for understanding demand, not for ad retargeting on this site.

What we don't do

• No ad-network remarketing pixels (for example Meta or LinkedIn ad trackers). We do not buy ads that follow you around the web based on this site.
• We don't sell, rent, or share subscriber emails with anyone. Ever.
• We don't run behavioral profiling or automated decision-making on visitors.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Deletion. Email duane@ariyahr.com and we'll delete your record within a week.
• Access. Same email address. We'll send you what we have on file.
