Pricing
Three clear ways to put HR in good hands.
Every plan uses the same visible formula: a monthly base plus your active employee count. Choose how much guidance and proactive work you want around it.
No demo is required to see the price. Special projects are scoped before work begins.
Monthly plans
Start with the level of support you need.
Use your current active employee count for a working monthly estimate.

What employee count means
We use active employees on your payroll roster. Your engagement states the count and how changes are handled.
What is separate
Payroll software, benefits premiums, insurance, migrations, and extraordinary projects are not included in the monthly formula.
What happens before a charge
Anything outside your recurring scope receives a written deliverable, price, and approval before work begins.
Custom and enterprise scope
Complex work gets a written scope.
Multi-entity employers, teams above 200, investigations, acquisitions, restructures, and large implementations do not fit neatly in a public calculator. We define the work, owner, timing, and price before you approve it.

The pricing roadmap
Toward pricing for work completed.
We believe HR pricing should eventually reflect completed outcomes, not software clicks, AI prompts, or how many messages it took to get there. We are introducing that model slowly enough to prove it is fair first.
Now
Published monthly plans
Your invoice follows the plan and employee formula above. There are no Ariya Action charges or automatic usage overages.
Next
Shadow action ledger
With selected clients, we will label completed outcomes such as a policy update or manager brief. This is for visibility and learning, not added billing.
After validation
Opt-in Ariya Actions
If the ledger proves clearer and fairer, clients may choose a published catalog of action credits with approval before any extra work.
Completed outcome, not prompt count
No-charge Ariya corrections
No surprise overages
Client approval before added work
Visible monthly ledger
The Ariya Actions roadmap is directional and is not part of the current pricing contract. We will publish the catalog and opt-in terms before any client is billed under that model.
See what fits your team.
Bring your employee count and the HR work that keeps falling back to you. We will tell you which plan fits, or whether a narrower project makes more sense.
